The Only Companies Still Clinging to DEI Programs
There used to be (and still is, as far as I know), an old saying: "The only companies with Unions are those that deserve them." It seems to me that the equivalent in today's organizations would be this: "The only companies that still have DEI programs and initiatives, are those that need them."
